## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, greeting guests, and helping them find what they need. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Responsibilities:

- Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greet guests and initiate a warm, helpful interaction

- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues

- Process transactions efficiently and accurately

- Maintain a clean and organised store environment

- Work efficiently to minimise guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy

Requirements:

- Enjoy interacting and helping others

- Thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role

- Open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts

- Ability to communicate effectively, including using positive language and being attentive to guests' needs
