## Description

Lambda is hiring a Communications Manager to build out the executive communications strategy for its leadership team. You will work with each executive to shape their individual voice and public profile, and build the systems that make the work repeatable as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

- Set the external agenda for each member of the leadership team and run the program behind it.

- Write talking points, keynotes, long-form pieces, social posts, and more.

- Pitch and place executive interviews, profiles, and speaking opportunities.

- Build relationships with reporters and analysts who cover AI infrastructure.

- Build the systems behind the program: message frameworks, talk tracks, etc.

- Manage agency relationships.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in communications, including in-house experience at a hypergrowth start-up.

- Built out and managed executive communications playbooks for multiple leaders across an organization.

- Strong media relationships and a track record.

- Knowledge of the AI space, particularly AI infrastructure.

- Strong writing skills and experience ghostwriting for executives across multiple functions.

- Ability to work well with technical and non-technical teams.
