Join our team in the M&S Café at Teeside Park as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Maintain impeccable food safety standards

- Work efficiently and effectively under pressure

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use our tools to take and fulfil orders

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality under pressure

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule:

- Monday 11:00 - 15:00

- Tuesday 11:00 - 15:00

- Wednesday 11:00 - 15:00

- Saturday 11:00 - 15:00

Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
