## Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of up to 350 colleagues in our Shrewsbury store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-centric culture, driving business performance, and delivering a welcoming shopping experience every day.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting the culture: Create an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel supported, valued, and listened to.

- Leading from the front: Spend time on the shop floor, coaching your team, keeping standards high, and showcasing our foodmaker credentials.

- Developing future talent: Build a strong succession plan by coaching, mentoring, and developing your management team.

- Driving sales and standards: Keep your store safe, legal, and clean while analysing commercial data to spot opportunities and manage costs.

- Connecting with the community: Partner with your local area, empowering Community Champions and tailoring your store to make a positive impact locally.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail
