## Description

WSP is seeking a Power & Energy Project Manager for their Power & Energy Program Management Office in Denver, CO, with consideration for Minneapolis, MN, and Amarillo, TX. The successful candidate may work remotely and must be able to travel for meetings.

This position provides high-level technical project leadership and guidance for EHV Transmission and Substation projects or portfolios, ensuring adherence to WSP's core values and project delivery standards. Responsibilities include managing project performance, financials, technical aspects, client satisfaction, quality, safety, and schedules across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide project management leadership for large-scale projects

- Develop and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and KPIs

- Manage contractual obligations and ensure project delivery

- Lead proposal development, cost estimates, and resource planning

- Foster strong client relationships and communicate regularly

- Mentor staff and support their growth

- Adhere to safety regulations and WSP's Code of Conduct

The ideal candidate has:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline

- 12+ years of experience in project management within the industry

- Strong understanding of project delivery processes and management

- Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- Experience with various delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB)

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools

Expected salary: $119,600 - $213,200 (all locations), $145,400 - $243,200 (Colorado only)
