## Description

Samsara is looking for an Account Executive, Mid Market (Northeast) to bring the Internet of Things to mid-sized customers, building Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers.

The role involves typical sales of $20k to $100k, and requires managing POCs, multiple stakeholders, trials, pricing negotiations, and selling to executives and CXOs.

Responsibilities include:

- Building genuine relationships with customers

- Constant research to find companies and contacts to expand pipeline

- Learning about businesses and their inner workings

- Managing complex sales processes

- Collaborating with teammates

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in full-cycle, closing sales role

- Experience independently closing new deals larger than $10,000 in annual revenue

- Located in one of the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware

Ideal candidate has:

- Proven track record of consistent quota achievement

- Experience selling in the midmarket space

- Experience with high-volume cold calling

- SFDC familiarity

Compensation:

- Annual OTE Salary $152,000-$190,000 USD
