## Description

As a Senior Consultant with a focus on AI Strategy and Transformation, you will be responsible for defined workstreams within strategic and transformative projects. You will combine strong consulting skills with a deep understanding of AI technologies and develop AI strategies and solutions for business challenges.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of workstreams in AI, strategy, or transformation projects from structuring to implementation

- Collaborating with internal clients and senior management to develop and implement AI-related solutions

- Translating business challenges into concrete AI use cases and developing practical AI-powered solutions, including prototyping in low-code/no-code development environments

- Providing expertise in AI-related and classic strategy and transformation projects within the DBMC portfolio

- Leading junior team members and ensuring the quality of project results

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Several years of experience in management consulting, AI transformation, or a similar field, ideally in the financial services sector

- An excellent academic degree (bachelor's, master's, or PhD) in a STEM field, data science, economics, or a related field

- Conceptual and practical understanding of generative AI, workflow automation, or agent-based workflows

- Experience in using AI tools effectively to increase productivity, optimize processes, and solve business challenges

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured working style

- High level of independence, pronounced team orientation, and a high personal performance claim

- Experience in an international environment, e.g., through studies, internships, or professional activities abroad

- Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
