## Description

We are seeking experienced pharmaceutical consultants in specialist external sales to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in Germany. As a key player in the pharmaceutical industry, you will work closely with our life sciences customers to support their sustainable market success.

**Job Summary:** You will serve as a primary commercial contact for assigned dermatological key accounts, building long-term relationships with dermatologists and relevant practice stakeholders. Your goal will be to position our product as a differentiated therapy option within existing treatment pathways.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement individual account plans to ensure rapid market penetration in the post-launch phase

- Conduct high-quality scientific and value-based conversations

- Manage overall responsibility for district performance and regional business results

- Apply structured account planning and prioritisation

- Utilise data and insights to optimise customer interaction

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial and medical teams

- Work within clearly defined compliance and governance guidelines

- Represent the company as a professional brand ambassador

**Requirements:**

- Completed studies in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG

- Experience in pharmaceutical specialist external sales, ideally in dermatology

- In-depth understanding of the German healthcare system

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated area

- Fluent German language skills (C1-C2)

**Desirable Qualifications:**

- Experience with product launches or indication extensions

- Experience in managing key accounts in the specialty care sector, preferably in dermatology

- Application of CRM systems and structured sales processes

- Experience in matrix or outsourcing environments (advantageous)
