## Description

The Global Hospital & Biosimilars Sales Representative role is part of Pfizer's Global Hospital & Biosimilars Business. The mission of this role is to improve patient care by ensuring hospitals and alternate sites have timely access to high-quality, reliable therapies through compliant, value-driven partnerships.

The representative will develop and execute territory and account call routing schedules and business plans, prioritize face-to-face customer interactions, and leverage digital tools and analytics to generate insights and next-best actions. They will partner cross-functionally to resolve customer needs and deliver on business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing territory and account call routing schedules and business plans

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare customers

- Delivering targeted messaging using approved materials to educate providers on branded and unbranded product value propositions

- Engaging all customers within Pfizer compliance guidelines

- Partnering effectively and compliantly with internal stakeholders

- Strategically deploying approved Pfizer resources to support customer needs

- Proactively planning and optimizing daily activities using calendaring tools and leadership priorities

- Adopting and effectively leveraging current and emerging digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and pre-call planning

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, or an associate's degree with 8+ years of work experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales is also required.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,600 - $250,700. In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan with Pfizer Matching Contributions and an additional Pfizer Retirement Savings Contribution, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits.
