## Description

We are seeking a Shopper Marketer / Trade Marketer to join our team in Cergy, France. As a Shopper Marketer / Trade Marketer for the Consumer Goods market (Scotch, Post-it, Command, etc.), you will be responsible for developing and executing shopper marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands.

Your main objectives will be:

- Identify, execute, and adapt specific programs for distribution networks, aligned with the division's marketing strategy

- Gather market insights to influence developments at the division level

- Manage local budgets in accordance with marketing and network strategies

In this role, you will have an impact by:

- Defining and implementing activation plans for your distribution network

- Developing strong knowledge of the channel and being a reference for the EMEA team

- Monitoring program performance and optimizing action plans

- Being the voice of the region to report competitive opportunities and threats, as well as customer insights

- Providing support to sales teams during client meetings and events

You will collaborate daily with the EMEA marketing team, as well as with cross-functional expert teams (E-commerce, Integrated Marketing, Insights), Key Accounts & Sales teams, and support functions (Pricing, Customer Service, Supply).

Requirements:

- Minimum Bac +5 in Marketing or equivalent professional experience

- Experience in the retail sector required

- Client-oriented, business-focused, and results-driven, with the ability to convince and engage sales teams

- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a changing environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

This is a full-time position based in Cergy, France, with up to 10% travel required. The work model includes 2 days of telework per week.
