## Description

This senior role involves professional relationship management and delivering top-tier financial advice in an end-to-end industry. You will leverage your highly developed experience with financial analysis, credit, and client acquisition relationships to provide exceptional client experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Apply past business development experience for prospecting and lead generation

- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review

- Provide superior business and financial advice to clients

- Leverage RBC's expertise by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions

- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy

- Champion digital enablement by promoting RBC's mobile application and wallet

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience

- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management

- Credit skills, including risk assessment and financial analysis

- Specialized industry expertise (e.g., real estate, healthcare, agriculture)

- Experience with emerging communications and technology

- University degree, ideally in Agriculture or related field

**Nice-to-haves:**

- University degree in Agriculture (Poultry background or related experience)
