## Description

Freshfields is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support its Asia Dispute Resolution practice.

The successful candidate will work closely with partners and colleagues across Marketing & Business Development, brand, communications, events and research to identify opportunities, deepen client relationships and raise the profile of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing compelling proposals, pitches, RFP responses and other opportunities to win work

- Managing practice content, campaigns, events, directory submissions and awards to support client engagement and strengthen the firm's profile

- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and MBD colleagues

- Developing and executing focused marketing and business development strategies to strengthen client relationships, target new work and build the practice's reputation

- Using technology, including AI tools, Salesforce and firmwide platforms, to analyse trends, identify opportunities and measure impact

- Line managing a Senior Business Development Executive supporting the Asia Dispute Resolution practice

The ideal candidate will have:

- Degree-level education and substantial marketing or business development experience in a professional services environment

- Strong emotional intelligence, independent thinking, professional judgement and confidence advising senior stakeholders

- Working knowledge of AI tools and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous

- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

- Strong project management skills, with the resilience to manage multiple deadlines, shifting priorities and pressure

- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with strong copywriting, grammar and proofreading ability

- Visual creativity and design aptitude would be a plus

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

- Curiosity and enthusiasm to keep learning and grow as a rounded Dispute Resolution business development practitioner
