## Description

As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer on the Isaac Applications Team, you will build agentic workflows for Physical AI robots,connecting simulation, robot learning, and real-world deployment.

You will develop tools that enable AI agents to help developers create, execute, and improve end-to-end workflows that bring learned robot behaviors from simulation to the real world.

The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering skills, hands-on experience with physical robots, and an interest in applying AI agents to robotics development.

### Responsibilities

- Design and build agentic workflows that connect simulation, robot learning, and deployment on physical robots.

- Develop reliable, testable tools that enable AI agents to create, execute, and improve these workflows.

- Validate these tools and workflows on a humanoid reference platform, evaluating their effectiveness in transferring learned policies to real robots and showcasing NVIDIA’s robotics technology.

- Collaborate across teams in Shanghai, America, and Europe to integrate robotics capabilities and deliver practical, repeatable development workflows.

### Requirements

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of experience in the field.

- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and testing software on physical robots.

- Experience deploying and evaluating learned policies to control physical robots.

- Experience using AI coding agents to develop software, with the programming knowledge and engineering judgment to review, debug, and validate generated code.

- Interest in applying AI agents to robotics development, with the ability to learn and evaluate new approaches.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently through ambiguous technical challenges.

- Clear communication skills, including English, and experience collaborating across teams.

### Nice to Have

- Developing AI agents that support software development or automate multi-step technical workflows.

- Training, evaluating, or transferring learned robot policies from simulation to humanoid robots or mobile manipulators.
