## Description

Prudential, in partnership with the HCL group, plans to set up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.

We are looking for a talented Manager- Content Creator to join our team.

**Your typical week will include the following.**

- Develop and implement content strategies across social media, blogs, and other platforms

- Lead and manage a team of content creators, providing guidance and feedback

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals

- Analyze content performance, identify trends, and optimize future content

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

**You could be the right candidate if you**

- Have minimum 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field

- Have a proven track record of creating engaging content and managing teams

- Possess strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and industry trends

- Have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

- Have experience with content management systems, social media advertising, and SEO

- Have knowledge of design principles, video production, and graphic design
