## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the product strategy for our CRM and AI solutions in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing the product strategy for CRM and AI solutions

- Conducting market research and customer interviews to identify business needs and opportunities

- Designing and implementing product roadmaps and launch plans

- Collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery

- Analyzing customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions

Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience

- 3+ years of client-facing experience

- Strong knowledge of CRM and BI systems

- Experience with AI and data analytics

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects

Nice to have:

- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

- Knowledge of web application development and architecture

- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
