## Description

The Head of Commercial Insights & Analysis role is a senior leadership position created as part of Soho House's Commercial Finance transformation.

This role establishes a dedicated, specialist insight and analytics capability, moving Commercial Finance away from transactional reporting and towards forward-looking, AI-enabled insight that drives trade performance and shapes decisions across Membership, Food & Beverage, Rooms, Health & Wellbeing and strategic space planning.

The successful candidate will drive trade initiatives through forward-looking insight, own and manage key projects, and provide analytical rigour and commercial challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving trade-driving initiatives across the business

- Owning and managing key projects, including pricing, cost management, and growth plans

- Providing analytical rigour and commercial challenge for operational and commercial projects

- Conducting trend analysis and forward-looking insight across trade and commercial performance

- Supporting Group FP&A with budgeting and forecasting

- Leading a dedicated team of senior insight and analytics professionals

- Partnering with Digital and Data Science teams to embed AI-enabled analytics and automation

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior insight, analytics, or commercial finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving trade performance through forward-looking insight.
