## Description

We are seeking a Station Head to oversee daily operations at our Senai station.

Responsibilities:

- Track and manage shipments from pickup to delivery

- Supervise staff, subcontractors, and part-time workers to ensure tasks are completed correctly

- Act as a hub manager when needed

- Handle cash on delivery transactions and bank them daily

- Collaborate with customer service to fulfill customer requests

- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning

- Control inventory and manage shipments to prevent loss or damage

- Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors

Requirements:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field

- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field

- Preferably a Senior Executive specializing in Logistics or Supply Chain

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Additional Information:

- Compliance with ISO 23412 Cold Chain Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, and Halal Assurance System

- Participation in QMS, OHS, and GDPMD-related programs such as training, campaigns, inductions, and others
