## Description

We are seeking an SEO & Search Manager to lead our organic search strategy at KPN. As a key member of the Online Experience team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, ensuring our online presence is optimised for search engines.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the SEO and Search strategy and roadmap

- Provide direction on technical SEO, content-SEO, and organic performance

- Translate SEO opportunities into concrete improvement initiatives and priorities

- Manage external agencies and SEO specialists

- Monitor performance and translate insights into actions

- Connect SEO with content, UX, CRO, data, development, and digital customer journeys

- Involve stakeholders in priorities, results, and dependencies

- Professionalize SEO standards, methods, and governance

- Follow developments around GEO, AEO, LLMO, and AI Search and adapt our approach accordingly

- Collaborate with content, data, and digital specialists to experiment with new ways to keep KPN visible and relevant in changing search environments.

Requirements:

- Experienced SEO professional with strategic insight and execution power

- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content-SEO, and SEO-performance

- Experience with developing and managing an SEO roadmap

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs

- Analytical skills and ability to translate data into priorities

- Experience with stakeholder management

- Affinity with GEO, AEO, generative search, and AI-driven discoverability.
