The Lead Solutions Architect will design and develop HR Technology domain architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.

**Responsibilities**

- Perform technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.

- Develop specifications for new products/services, applications and service offerings.

- Assess the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies.

**What you will do**

- End to End Solution: Provide leadership and oversight to tech leads for designing and building HR Technology solutions from cradle to grave.

- Buy vs Build Analysis: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide recommendations on buy vs build options.

- Architecture and design reviews: Identify gaps and recommend design changes.

- Application profile identification: Leverage technical expertise and domain knowledge to identify app optimization needs.

- Proof of concept technology support: Lead and drive proofs-of-concept and technology deep-dives.

- "Whatever it takes" attitude to help clear technical roadblocks: Advise and assist application development teams with technical roadblocks.

- Recommend or assess opportunities to drive cost efficiencies aimed at simplicity, configurability and eventual elimination of technical debt.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Engage with business users, technology teams, and leadership to understand their needs and gather requirements.

- Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations.

- Evaluate emerging products and technologies to support domain architectural decisions.

- Encourage knowledge sharing and support professional development initiatives.

**Required Qualifications**

- 10+ years' hands-on experience with software design and development.

- 8+ years' SME level technical skills in application, data, integration, and security architecture design.

- 4+ years' experience with enterprise architecture and system design.

- 4+ years' experience with public cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

- 4+ years' experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.

- 2+ years' experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms.

- 2+ years' experience working with technologies that integrate modern applications and legacy platforms.

- 2+ years' experience with security frameworks and SSO.

- 2+ years' experience working with microservices architecture and APIs.

- 2+ years' experience working with container platforms and deployment patterns.

- 1+ year experience with observability and implementation techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**

- GCP Architect cloud certification.

- SaaS product certification.

- Experience with AI capabilities and LLM's.

- Understanding of AI apps implementation patterns and agentic AI frameworks.

- Experience with process automation tools and technologies.

**Education**

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Specialized training or relevant professional certifications preferred.

**Pay Range**

$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
