## Description

We are looking for a student intern to join our Customer Service Domestic Sales team at our Duisburg location.

As a Student Intern - Customer Service Domestic Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Providing customer support and communication with customers and field sales representatives

- Maintaining and managing customer and price master data

- Creating offers and processing orders professionally

- Handling commercial complaints

- Collaborating on departmental and cross-functional projects

To be successful in this role, you should:

- Be currently enrolled in a business-related degree program, such as Business Administration or Economics

- Have initial practical experience in a commercial area, customer service, or sales (desirable)

- Be proficient in MS Office 365; SAP knowledge is desirable

- Possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong team player mentality

- Work independently, reliably, and structured with high service orientation
