## Description

We are seeking a Security Officer to provide on-site support for our client in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service and a safe and welcoming environment for all.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure the correct Security Protocols are used at all times.

- Comply with Site Assignment Instructions.

- Keep equipment clean and report any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately.

- Accurately record and transmit Occurrence/Incident Records.

- Comply with the Time & Attendance system on site.

- Maintain a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues, and Members of the Public.

- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties.

- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.

**Personal Development:**

- Attend training programmes as requested.

- Take on new skills to enhance the company's profile and service offering.

**Personal Impact:**

- Wear full uniform and PSA/SIA/name badges at all times.

- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.

- Arrive on time for your shift.

**Quality Management and Health and Safety:**

- Ensure compliance with and promote Health & Safety at work.

- Wear PPE where applicable.

- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to Line Manager immediately.

**Other:**

- Support the growth of the business by passing on potential sales leads.

- Support customer initiatives that could lead to longer-term benefits.

**Requirements:**

- Willing to work flexible hours.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Pass security requirements/vetting for PSA/SIA licence.

- Eligible to work in Ireland/UK.

- Good written and spoken English.

**Desired Qualifications:**

- School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English.

- Full clean driving licence.

**Desired Experience:**

- Experience within the relevant industry or a similar environment.

- Time spent in a customer service environment.

- Experience working within a results-orientated environment.
