## Description

The Sr. L&D Business Partner serves as a strategic learning consultant to the business, identifying capability gaps and designing scalable learning solutions that drive behavior change and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with business and senior leaders to diagnose learning and performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend effective solutions.

- Develop short- and long-term learning strategies aligned with business priorities and future capability needs.

- Lead end-to-end L&D projects, including design, development of content, facilitation, budgets, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and project teams.

- Design and facilitate classroom and virtual learning experiences, particularly skill and behavioral programs.

- Measure learning effectiveness, application, and business impact; identify metrics and success stories demonstrating results.

- Act as a trusted learning and change-management consultant while building strong relationships across business, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of core L&D experience, spanning needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Strong expertise in facilitation, leadership development, leadership offsites, and learning events.

- Demonstrated consulting capability, executive presence, business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing, and stakeholder management.

- Experience developing scalable and sustainable learning strategies/programs.

- Strong project/program management, communication, analytical, and results-orientation skills.

- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional learning initiatives from intake and diagnosis through execution and impact measurement.
