## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised intern to join our Process Management team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in operational process management within an international company. You will become familiar with process management methods and apply them directly in practice.

Responsibilities:

- Support process documentation and modelling efforts while exploring innovative digital solutions and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and user adoption.

- Assist in process analyses and improvement initiatives, gaining a deeper understanding of our global processes and how they contribute to the supply chain.

- Contribute to the further development of our process landscape and support its implementation in the relevant system.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally focusing on Supply Chain Management or a similar field.

- Very good English skills.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- First experience using AI-powered tools and digital solutions, with a curiosity for applying them to process management, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Previous experience in process management is an advantage.

- Interest in processes and data.

- Team-oriented, proactive, accurate and flexible, with strong analytical thinking.
