## Description

We are seeking a Department Head - Transfer Agency to lead our team and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Funds Industry. You will be responsible for managing the department, developing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the department, setting performance targets and objectives

- Develop and implement department strategies, focusing on client relationship management and risk reduction

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

- Manage resources, including budgeting, staffing, and technology

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships

- Identify and mitigate risks, promoting a culture of risk awareness

- Drive change management initiatives, improving processes and efficiency

**Requirements:**

- Comprehensive knowledge of the Funds Industry

- 8-10 years of experience in a similar environment, including at least 3-4 years in a management capacity

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
