## Description

ShipMonk is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Night Shift to lead a team of approximately 25–30 associates across our Pittston fulfillment operations.

You'll be responsible for keeping your team focused, productive, safe, and aligned while making real-time decisions that directly impact our ability to deliver for our merchants.

## Responsibilities

- Start the shift with a team huddle and set clear priorities and expectations

- Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates

- Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety in real time

- Adjust labor and workflow as volume and priorities change

- Coach associates directly on the floor and address performance issues early

- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other departments when problems arise

- Use performance data to identify root causes and improve results

- Train and onboard new associates

- Maintain inventory accuracy, equipment standards, sanitation, and safety

- Ensure a strong handoff between shifts by clearly communicating results, risks, and outstanding issues

## Requirements

- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment

- Strong coaching and people-leadership skills

- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced operation

- Comfort using data and KPIs to manage performance

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work an overnight/night-shift schedule

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

## Nice to Have

- Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems

- Degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field

- Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement experience
