## Description

We are looking for a Director of Business Development for Warfighter Systems (WS) International to join our rapidly growing team based in either Washington, DC, Costa Mesa, CA or Remote. The Warfighter Systems team has already begun conducting operational assessments to validate integrated systems with US DoW customers, and is in need of a leader to help expand capabilities to support international customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading global expansion efforts for Connected Warfare Division's Warfighter borne systems, including Lattice and the full suite of products within the Eagle Eye Family of Systems (FoS). This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities to deliver advanced warfighter-focused capabilities to allied and partner nations through Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other international security cooperation mechanisms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing international business development strategies to expand the Eagle Eye FoS across allied and partner nations.

- Collaborating with Anduril's Global Defense team to tailor Eagle Eye and Warfighter Systems capabilities to meet regional operational needs and regulatory requirements.

- Leading capture efforts for international programs, including coordination with U.S. government entities such as DSCA, State Department, and service-specific FMS offices.

- Navigating complex export control requirements, including ITAR and EAR, ensuring full compliance throughout the business development lifecycle.

- Building and maintaining relationships with foreign military officials, defense attachés, U.S. embassy personnel, and international industry partners.

- Supporting proposal development, pricing strategies, and international contracting processes.

- Providing strategic insights on geopolitical trends, regional defense priorities, and competitive landscapes to inform market entry and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in bringing new products to international defense markets, navigating international security cooperation mechanisms and strategies, familiarity with export compliance, and a strong track record of strategic engagement with foreign military and government stakeholders.
