## Description

We are seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our team in Acton, MA. As a travel and permanent physical therapist, you will work with patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities:

- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting

- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans to meet patient goals

- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of Massachusetts

- Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
