## Description

We are seeking a Digital Presales Solution Architect to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The Sofia Solutions Center is part of the WW Presales – Solutions centers and Deal centers organization, providing solutioning and pricing for HPE Portfolios.

As a Digital Presales Solution Architect, you will:

- Provide support to sales teams to deliver opportunity solution pricing

- Handle end-to-end pricing solutions for the Solutions Center team

- Collaborate with sales and pursuit teams to understand customer requirements and develop pricing quotes and Scope of Work documents

- Contribute to the design of specific deliverables and assist in the development of technical solutions

- Ensure that incoming deals meet acceptance guidelines

- Understand a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements

- Identify the technology solutions needed to fulfill business objectives and interact with people at all levels and geographies

- Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications for the assigned portfolio

- Work independently on assigned tasks

Requirements:

- Graduated Technical Degree (Computer Science, IT Engineering, etc.)

- Experience in a similar field will be an advantage

- Fluent in written and verbal English

- Fluent in other foreign language (German, Spanish, French or Italian as a 2nd language) if required

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong customer service mindset

- Sense of urgency to manage time properly when answering to customers

- Strong teamwork to collaborate and deliver solutions more effectively

- Result-oriented, self-starter, able to achieve goals and objectives

- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
