## Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead comprehensive diagnostics of R&D data journeys, identifying pain points and developing interventions to improve data management capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading diagnostics of R&D data journeys and reconstructing end-to-end flows

- Identifying and synthesizing pain points across data elements

- Engaging with subject matter experts and core team members

- Defining a future-state ambition for priority data-management capabilities

- Developing and prioritizing interventions

- Building supporting business cases

- Reporting progress and recommendations

- Taking ownership of implementation

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading data strategy, data governance, or R&D digital transformation initiatives in a pharmaceutical R&D environment.
