## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at NEXT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our warehouse operations.

You will be part of the Loss Prevention team, which is essential to our large-scale distribution operation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring CCTV, fire, and intruder alarm systems

- Conducting searches of people and vehicles to prevent theft

- Dealing with incidents in a calm and professional manner

- Completing detailed reports and statements

- Communicating security risks and incidents to the Loss Prevention Manager

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Can-do attitude and initiative

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including 12-hour days, nights, and weekends

The role involves working closely with the Loss Prevention Manager and other team members to minimise stock loss and ensure a safe working environment.
