## Description

We are looking for a People Intern, Sustainability to help advance Agoda's climate program by supporting emissions reduction across our organization and travel-sector ecosystem partners.

You will learn about carbon accounting and practical decarbonization levers, with a focus on exploring renewable energy opportunities in the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

- Learn how organizational greenhouse gas emissions are measured and identify key reduction opportunities.

- Research sustainability solutions for travel-sector ecosystem partners and develop a project proposal or recommendations.

- Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and progress tracking.

- Prepare program updates and communication materials for internal or partner audiences.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student or below and will maintain student status throughout the internship period.

- Available to participate in the internship program from 24th of May to 30 July 2027 (10-week program).

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

- Proficiency in Web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF).

- Great English communication skills in both spoken and written forms.

- Structured logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong numerical acumen.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment.

- Positive attitude and openness to learn and adapt.
