## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Ulverston Foodhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy work environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

This role involves working varied shifts, including nights, and potentially up to full-time hours during peak periods (13th and 20th December).

A competitive hourly rate is offered, with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Please note that this role requires you to be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation.
