## Description

We are looking for a Function Lead to oversee Global Processing Operations at Wise, a global technology company that aims to make moving and managing money across borders easier and cheaper.

As a Function Lead, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service at scale across a 24/7 global operating footprint, driving operational excellence, and supporting Team Leads across global locations.

Your main objectives will be:

- Developing and supporting Team Leads across global locations

- Driving service delivery excellence by ensuring strict SLAs and KPIs are consistently met

- Ensuring long-term scalability by building resilient processes and minimizing processing losses

- Delivering operational plans for 24/7 global queue management

- Collaborating cross-functionally to manage operational impact and improve customer experience

This role offers the opportunity to make an impact by eliminating bottlenecks and streamlining processing, challenging yourself by leading operations for a rapidly scaling global team, and inspiring teams by fostering an inclusive environment across global sites.

Requirements include:

- 2+ years of direct people management experience

- Proven track record managing 30+ FTEs within a high-volume, 24/7 operational environment

- Hands-on expertise in global payment processing, clearing systems, and multi-currency flows

- Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Excel

- Demonstrated success applying process improvement methodologies

- Experience executing operational migrations and business continuity plans

- Strong incident management capabilities

- Fluent in English with clear executive communication skills
