## Description

As a Sales Associate at GAP, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer.

You’ll be the face of the brand, connecting with shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and supporting store operations across all areas.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales, fitting rooms, and tills

- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques

- Maintain a clean and organised, welcoming store environment

- Follow all store procedures for handling returns, exchanges, and customer concerns

- Support operational processes including restocking, back of house tasks, and store presentation

- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
