## Description

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our team as a Customer Assistant - Online, working across the store to serve our customers.

You'll work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities that help keep everything running smoothly - all to make sure our customers can get what they need, when they need it.

You'll be trained to support various parts of the store, so this is a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever you're needed.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide excellent customer service

- Work well in a busy, structured environment

- Be comfortable using equipment safely and following processes

- Help support customers and resolve their queries
