## Description

We are seeking an Information Systems Security Manager to help the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Mater / Fighters and Advanced Aircraft Directorate obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate for a classified cloud environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Directing technical and operational effectiveness of cyber defense capabilities

- Delivering strategic recommendations to refine architectures, processes, incident handling, and reporting lifecycle

- Ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness of Agency IT systems, network defenses, and situational awareness reporting

- Managing comprehensive incident response operations and delivering high-impact analytical products

- Maximizing utility of existing security tools to correlate information and synthesize data into actionable intelligence

- Driving agile automation initiatives to eliminate manual inefficiencies

Required qualifications:

- 10+ years of relevant experience

- Subject Matter Expertise in Risk Management Framework

- Hands-on experience enforcing information protection policies in an unclassified environment

- Extensive experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel, ELK Stack, Crowdstrike

- Experience with Infrastructure and Cloud Security tools including Terraform/Ansible, Github

- At least one cyber security certification: CASP+, CE, CSSLP, CISSP

- Strong experience with DoD and Air Force Risk Management Framework (RMF)

- Proficient with a major cloud services platform, e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

- U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance

Desired qualifications:

- Experience with task management, metrics collection, and status reporting

- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) technology

- Demonstrated knowledge in resource allocation, workload management, and contract management

- Additional certifications relevant to system and cyber security

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $145,000.00 - $175,000.00.
