## Description

Priory Hospital Altrincham has an opportunity for a Therapy Assistant to join the team on a bank basis. Priory Hospital Altrincham, located in Hale, Cheshire, provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for various mental health conditions and addictions.

The successful candidate will be part of a compassionate team that supports people's wellbeing using a personalised approach with proven therapies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting senior staff with care and therapy planning, including assisting with tests, exercises, and therapeutic activities under supervision.

- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of group and one-to-one occupational, therapeutic, and recreational activities.

- Supporting the reception, orientation, and induction of new clients.

- Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to audits and research.

The role requires previous experience in a relevant healthcare environment.
