## Description

We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Banking Executive, Premier Relationship - Contact Centre and Remote Channel.

In this role, you will handle inbound calls and provide high-quality service to top-tier customers, interpreting and analyzing their enquiries to provide tailored recommendations and offer appropriate financial products, services, and solutions.

Responsibilities include:

- Handling inbound calls and providing high-quality service to top-tier customers

- Interpreting and analyzing customer enquiries to understand their needs

- Providing tailored recommendations and offering appropriate financial products, services, and solutions

- Achieving individual performance expectations and developing your career with a clear progression path

Requirements:

- Higher Diploma or above

- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with the ability to read and write in Chinese and English

- Strong written communication skills in local language and English

- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms and applications with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Traditional Chinese

- Computer literacy and ability to use and navigate multiple computer systems and applications
