## Description

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Patient Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, providing UK support. As a patient support specialist, you will partner with our care teams to support patients across preventative health, weight management, and specific women's and men's health conditions.

## Responsibilities:

- Support patients across 5 clinics through various conditions, primarily via phone and email

- Support the ES market during mid-shifts and night shifts

- Collaborate remotely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners

- Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, or services

## Requirements:

- Fluent in Spanish (C1+)

- Passion for health and wellness

- Natural team player

- Experience in customer care or equivalent (3+ years)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with computer skills and customer service software

- Willingness to work a late mid-shift schedule
