## Description

We are seeking a Business Technology Partner Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the integration of our 13 creative studios with our strategic technology platforms. You will be the primary point of contact for IT escalations and will work closely with our global service delivery teams to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and information is communicated effectively.

Responsibilities:

* Escalation and Support for Studios: Provide primary escalation support for IT issues and service requests for our 13 media and entertainment studios, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner and information is communicated effectively in partnership with our global service delivery teams.
* Strategic Integration: Lead and manage the transition of studios to key enterprise IT initiatives, including:
  * Google Workplace: Encourage adoption and migration to Google Workplace and the use of AI tools for optimization.
  * ServiceNow: Supervise the adoption of ServiceNow to simplify IT service management and prioritize the adaptation of the catalog to encourage automation.
  * Asset Management (HAM): Manage the deployment of our new procurement for equipment and implement standardized protocols for equipment management.
  * Software Asset Management (SAM): Direct efforts to consolidate and optimize software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  * Integrated Management System and Workday: Guide studios through the integration and adoption of our new integrated management systems and Workday platforms for temporary workers.
* Change Management: Develop and execute detailed transition plans, create documentation, and organize training to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes with minimal disruption to studio operations.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong collaborative relationships with studio leadership and key personnel to understand their business needs and ensure that IT initiatives deliver value.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, service transition, or a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
* Proven experience in managing projects involving the large-scale adoption of new technologies (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, ERP).
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles and best practices.
* Any experience working in creative industries, such as media and entertainment or video games, is an asset.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
