## Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Richmond Villages Cheltenham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. You will also support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care. Additionally, you will be part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes. You will communicate with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
