**Job Overview** You'll work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment, ensuring that medications are filled accurately and safely, while providing excellent customer service. You'll be responsible for managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, supporting the team's ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurately fill patient prescriptions and manage pharmacy inventory

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries

- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance standards

- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

- Develop clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise through available tools and training

**Requirements**

- Comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification

- Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks without distraction

- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills

- Mathematical reasoning to calculate day's supply of prescriptions

- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- PTCB National Certification

- High school diploma or equivalent
