## Description

We at TaskUs are looking for a Team Leader to manage the day-to-day planning and operations of a team.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that each team member delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the team and ensuring everyone adheres to their schedules

- Conducting team huddles, coaching sessions, and recognizing weaknesses to help team members improve and grow

- Delivering a superior customer experience

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of relevant Team Leader experience managing at least 10 teammates in a customer support role within an outsourcing or similar company

- Experience in managing customer-facing metrics (CSAT/NPS/QA)

- Willingness to work different shifts

Preferred qualifications:

- Previous experience working on phone, email, and live chat customer support roles
