Join Ford's Customer Service Division (FCSD) as a Director of Strategy & Transformation. ## Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver FCSD's strategy, driving alignment and execution

- Set the strategic agenda, defining where Ford plays and how it wins

- Drive enterprise-wide execution, designing and leading systems to achieve measurable market outcomes

- Lead high-stakes strategic problem solving, building and deploying rigorous problem-solving frameworks

- Convert insights into competitive advantage, integrating market data and financial modeling

- Lead and develop a high-performing strategy team

- Shape executive decision-making, serving as a principal advisor to senior leadership

- Drive organisational alignment and change, securing commitment across functions

## Qualifications

- 12+ years of progressive experience in strategy and transformation

- Proven executive presence, influencing and advising C-suite and senior leadership

- Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, building high-performing strategy teams

- Exceptional strategic problem-solving capability, comfort with ambiguity and analytical horsepower

- Track record of driving large-scale organisational change

- Outstanding executive communication skills

## Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in a VP, Director, or Principal-level role within a top-tier management consulting firm or an in-house strategy function

- Direct experience owning product strategy, go-to-market strategy, or business unit P&L at scale

- Experience leading strategic planning processes at the business unit or enterprise level
