## Description

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to design and mature components of mechanical systems, from concept through to production. The role involves taking ownership of mechanical systems and components across projects, ensuring technical delivery to time, cost, and quality targets.

## What you'll do

- Responsible for detailed design of specified hardware, ensuring they are engineered to meet the Prodrive quality standards and customer requirements.

- Optimise the design of components or systems using specified functional or analytical tools, including hand calcs where appropriate.

## What you need

- Engineering degree or equivalent within Mechanical, Automotive, or Motorsport.

- Experience with CAD and PLM tools (CATIA V5 and Windchill particularly) is preferred with the correct application of GD&T as necessary.

- Effective engineering delivery experience in a vehicle under body systems
