## Description

Figma is looking for a Manager, Strategic Sales to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of Figma's Enterprise products. They will report directly to the VP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales, North America.

The Manager, Strategic Sales will:

- Lead Figma's Strategic Segment for North America

- Participate in customer and prospect meetings with the largest and most strategic customers

- Attract and retain top talent across the team

- Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives

- Establish the strategy for the continued growth across the most strategic segment

Requirements:

- 7+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS

- 2+ years of management experience

- Understanding of Figma's technical and competitive landscape

- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment

- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills

- Excitement for increasing customer happiness and developing lasting customer relationships

- Proven track record of leading a successful and consistent sales team

Figma offers:

- Annual base salary range: $155,500-$230,500 USD
