## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation team at Advocate Health in High Point, North Carolina. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $38.20 - $57.30 per hour.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice. You will also maintain accurate documentation, meet department financial and productivity standards, and participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care assessment and treatment

- Ensure patient evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and functional

- Maintain accurate documentation

- Meet department financial and productivity standards

- Promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers

- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

Requirements:

- B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- Current licensure in the state of North Carolina

- CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C
