## Description

We are seeking a part-time Reablement Carer to join our In-house Reablement Team, working across the London Borough of Ealing in partnership with the Clinical Commissioning Group.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain their independence with daily living, working within care settings, or supporting individuals to develop skills to maximise their potential and remain independent.

As a Reablement Carer, you will visit people throughout the London Borough of Ealing, following specified timetables for these visits. This role is customer-facing, requiring a command of spoken English sufficient to perform the role effectively.

The post requires an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

The salary for this role is GBP 31,290 - 32,655 per year.

The role involves working 25 hours per week, part-time on a rostered basis, mainly in the evenings until 9 pm, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
