## Description

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Concierge to support new customers through the initial stages of their journey. This role involves phone communication, prompt responses, and consistent follow-ups to ensure customers are prepared for onboarding.

Responsibilities:

- Contact new customers promptly after purchase, aiming for the first phone attempt within 30 minutes

- Welcome customers, explain next steps, and book Intro and Onboarding calls

- Follow up with customers via phone, SMS, and email when they don't respond

- Assist customers with accessing platforms and completing setup before calls

- Rebook customers who miss appointments

- Resolve simple login and platform issues

- Escalate complex concerns to relevant teams

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Continue follow-ups until customers progress through onboarding

Requirements:

- Strong spoken and written English

- Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or similar roles

- Comfortable with phone communication and CRM systems

- Organised with attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities

- Reliable and coachable with a focus on performance targets
