## Job Overview

As a Regional Workplace Manager for the South region, you will be responsible for managing the workplace experience and operations across a geographical region spanning 10 countries. This involves combining people, technology, and space across office and serviced office locations to create an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, contractors, and courier partners.

## Key Responsibilities

- Lead a regional team of Workplace Managers and Coordinators to ensure the workplace experience supports Wolt's mission, values, and team objectives.

- Set up and onboard new offices as Wolt expands in your region, partnering with business leads and local teams.

- Ensure all sites within the regional portfolio are managed and maintained to a high standard, complying with local and global policies.

- Develop department policies and procedures with Wolt's Global Workplace and Facilities manager.

- Partner with regional teams to provide office-specific program rollouts for initiatives such as Health and Safety, Sustainability, and DEI.

- Manage relationships with Integrated Facilities Management Vendors to ensure safe and compliant workspaces.

- Create and manage annual Opex budgets for your region, tracking financial variances and operational expenses.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Workplace or Facilities Management within a global organization in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. Industry body qualifications (IWFM, CFM, or similar) are beneficial.

- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership capabilities.

- Proven experience in motivating and leading a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within a complex organization.

- Willingness to travel to support all locations in-region.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment and collaborating remotely using digital tools like GSuite, Slack, and Zoom.
